I'm local Barnsley mum who has a keen interest in running and caring. I have worked in the community volunteering to help the elderly and less able as well as bringing together local mums who are in need of a friendly support network,through fitness. My aim is to involve as many people as I can through fitness and running and where we can share the benefits of good health and helpfulness.
