Demsey has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Demsey is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.
Demsey earned their community cape by completing their first community mission. 🎉

Demsey earned their community cape by completing their first community mission.
Demsey completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Demsey was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.

Four runners helped with tasks at the Organic garden on a bright and warm morning. Meyrick and Elise started with raking/tidying the orchard whilst Diana and Rob moved last year's compost to the other side of the garden.
After a much needed apple juice break we swapped roles with Meyrick and Elise taking over the transportation of the compost whilst Diana and Rob took over the raking in the shade!
It's always nice to see help out at the organic garden and to see the difference we make.
