Professionally I am a member of the Sport Science Department at Nottingham Trent University, lecturing in the sociology of sport. Prior to the lecturing role I was a Head of Department for a number of years with responsibility for project development, managing budgets, funding applications, partnership working etc. I have volunteered for the last ten years for the charity, Notts County Football in the Community (FITC) where I sit on their Board of Trustees.
