Supporting Patients As They Arrive for their COVID-19 Vaccinations at the Eagle Bridge Health & Wellbeing Centre

Fri 4 Jun 08:30 am
Eagle Bridge Health & Wellbeing Centre, Dunwoody Way, CREWE, CW1 3AW
The COVID-19 vaccine will hopefully mark the beginning of the end of COVID and stop the loss of more lives.

As Crewe continues to embark on rolling out the national COVID-19 vaccination programme, Goodgym have been enlisted to help with supporting in a variety or roles such as:

Car park Marshal Welcoming Patients as they come in for their injections Taking details of patients to pass to the vaccine giver Overseeing patients as they wait 15 minutes post vaccination

If you are working outdoors, wrap up warm!! PPE and high viz vests will be provided. We have been asked to arrive half an hour before the vaccinations actually start and this has been taken into account on the start time listed.

Going forward, volunteers may have the opportunity to take on other roles such as immunising.

I think this is a wonderful opportunity to be involved in such a huge national effort.

*** With the highly important nature of this task, please don't sign up for it unless you are certain you can commit. Thank you***
