Big news. Audrey is now Coach Verified. They're ready to start running to visit and older person. Show some love for Audrey as they start the next phase of their GoodGym adventure.
Audrey has got Strava connected. Strava is a great way to track your progress.
Audrey has done 10 good deeds. They are a trusted GoodGym runner and are now eligible to join their local TaskForce.
This week we'll be heading back to The Log Cabin in Northfields for the second time. This is now to be one of our regular tasks and it's great to be able to go back and see the continued improvement we can make for the children that use the facility.
We'll be spreading some more wood chips, doing some more weeding and generally making sure the space is clean and safe for the users!
We'll then make our way back to Ealing doing some sprint drills making the most of the beautiful Ealing parks while we still have the light and as always we'll stop for a little fitness session!
After all that hard work you'll need a pint right? Perfect as it's the first Tuesday of the month which means it's the GoodGym Ealing social! After a cool down and stretch we'll head to a nearby pub (venue tbc but keep an eye on our facebook page!) for a drink and some food if you fancy.
We will meet at 6.45pm at Bodyline Studios in Ealing Broadway where there is space to leave bags if needed.
