It was a beautiful evening with sun rays shining through the clouds. Quite the opposite to the previous week where we started the run in the hail.
We ventured out of the centre onto the canal above. From here we crossed picturesque bridge over the canal and climbed again. We reached a kissing gate and entered into a field.
Here Helen briefed the team on the session. It involved a few grassy challenging hills but it was all worth it as the views across Bath are breathtaking.
Just 20 minutes of hard intervals and then relax. We sat on the floor in a big circle to do our stretches. The sun was going down, it felt warm and the atmosphere still.
Well done to everyone who took part. You smashed the session! The great thing about this session is that this one was particularly hard so all the future sessions will feel easy in comparison :)
