All the parts of Mr P's bed that we'd been tasked with moving downstairs to be disposed of were hidden inside a rather busy cupboard in his hallway, but Alice and I were able to quickly get to work to remove the various boxes and other items blocking their exit. With the pieces out, Mr P kindly pointed out to us through the window where to leave them downstairs on the ground floor. A few lift journeys later we had everything removed and outside.

Mr P is a keen and clearly talented artist, and before we left he was keen to show us not only his various drawings on the walls, but also his latest mosaic work in progress on a computer screen. We then wished him a merry Christmas and a happy new year and headed back out into a chilly Thursday afternoon.
