Ran out to the surgery and knocked at the window, confused several staff members with my request, then hung around for a bit while they worked out what was going on. Turns out their delivery hasn't arrived yet so task needs rearranging (have contacted HQ and Mr N already).
Went for a lovely run round town and down the river instead so all is good!

Hi Nicola. Referrer here. I have looked into this and found out that there's been a problem with the delivery. I'm trying to find out how we can avoid this in the future, as this was the first I'd heard of this, while also trying to find another surgery that might be kind enough to lend Mr N an oximeter. I'm so sorry you've had a wasted trip - thank you very much for volunteering.
