As part of the run Matt set the longest known GoodGym mission run at a whopping 50K! (beating his previous best of 48K set in 2018.)

So what did they do?
As part of Slow Ways team GoodGym Bristol ran from Keynsham to Bristol checking out a different route, so walkers or runners can plan routes better.

The route from Keynsham to Bristol has really evolved on Slow Ways; it started by just listing the shortest route but this crosses several major roads and is quite industrial; now the route has been changed to running along the river, which is a lot nicer. But it could be improved even further by taking the Avon Valley LNR path so it was GoodGym's mission to go and investigate this route and check it is passable. Overall its a cracker of a route, but not suitable for wheelchairs, so all this has been logged and reported back to the Slow Ways community.
Great job team.

Play Roy Castle's dedication for the whole team.
