This evening we attended a new location Heathside Care Home.

We where joined by new member Harriet. Harriet has just recently moved down from London and has wanted to join GG for a while & now she’s joined one of the best 😀 hope to see you again soon Harriet.

We where met by Chrissy who took us around the back to the garden area where we had to sand down and paint 4 benches with bright summer colours. We split up in pairs and got cracking. It was a muggy evening with rain in the air, We had Indie 🐶(Becky’s Dog) keeping us entertained. We where getting plenty of folks waving to us from the windows.

After an hour of sanding and painting we stopped and had a drink and cakes which where kindly provided by the care home, James certainly enjoyed them 😋 We actually finished just in time as the rain came down.

Sunday we have marshals duties At Junior park run, & next Wednesday we are meeting at the RSPCA.
