You asking? We’re dancing!

Six GoodGymers descended on Wardown Park for our regular monthly takeover, variously setting up the course, welcoming first timers, timekeeping and barcode scanning (and looking out for the safety of other runners on the course). We also provided a marshal, but that doesn’t really do justice to the level of energy involved from our friend Ruth - near enough a solid hour of dancing and shouted encouragement. If GoodGym Luton hadn’t been noticed before at Parkrun it certainly has been now!
