Xmas excess recovery

At Mr G’s request we met on Thursday instead of Wednesday. Both of us recovering from an excess of eating over Xmas. Mr G had consecutive visits with two of his family members and was fed royally at both and felt he couldn’t say no. I too had eaten too much over Xmas with family and walking 6.5 kms to Mr G and back was a rather feeble attempt to up my exercise energy expenditure! Once again we put the world to rights and the saga of the mobility scooter storage issue’s continues!
