On Monday, 3 local Goodgymmers met up at The Angel Church near Sadler's Wells, to help the People's Army with their weekly foodbank deliveries. The team who operate from the foodbank create ready meals from fresh donated ingredients for residents of assisted living homes and households based in Islington, Archway and Holloway. Between Simon, Laura and Tom, our delivery gang were able to drop off 20 meals and desserts to different clients across North London within about an hour. Very effecient work everyone, Well Done!
