This afternoon, a GoodGym runner used his cycle to help an older person in the community by helping them with some shopping.

Ms J had been keen on someone doing a shop for her. I headed to Iceland and grabbed all the bits I saw on her list, and popped into an independent shop across the road to grab those bits that hadn't been in stock at the supermarket.

I dropped it all off, and now Ms J has one less thing to worry about. Mission accomplished!
