Woo hoo real Parkrun back soon!

22 GoodGymers made their way on a training session in Tower Hamlets.

Thank you to the 16 fine goodgymers who took part this week in Tower Hamlets (not Parkrun). Included in this our special guest and founder Ivo pounded the streets of East London. Despite it being Ramadan we were also joined by the fabulous east london legend, Emdad #thewanderinglondoner how great is it to see him in a goodgym t! And making it a global event Lambeth's finest David Ewens did his 5k in Prague🖐 This week the baton passes to Bristol, some of whom also joined us virtually. Let's keep our running spirits up and join them.
