Wonderful Woodberry (Aid) Women (and one gent)

Another Friday, another foodbank/shop session with Woodberry Aid.

After David & Lauren (give them a cheer!) did the hard work preparing in the morning, I popped round in the afternoon to assist with deliveries.

Since more and more people either are no longer in need, or do manage to make their way down, there actually weren't any deliveries left to be made. So instead the usual Goodgym energy was very much appreciated packing up and clearing away the remaining items and tables, taking the strain away from the ladies (and one gentleman) who had been busy all day in the hot weather!
