This morning Rebecca, valiantly assisted by her nephew took control of the first timers briefing for the Woking Parkrun.

219 excited runners 🏃‍♀️ turned out to run 3 laps of Woking Park, braving the rain and the mud.

As it was my first parkrun in over 2 years, I was quickly put at ease by her calm and concise instructions, and I am sure the others felt the same.

Please consider volunteering at future Parkruns, especially the one in 2 weeks when Rich and Victoria will be making their debut as Run Directors. We are proud to support our local Parkrun.
