Woking junior parkrun
3 GoodGymers made their way to help the parkrun - Woking junior parkrun in Woking.

This morning James, Wayne & Anne carried out various volunteering duties at the junior park run.
James did his usual 12k Sunday morning run before hand while Wayne went on a 30k bike ride. 🚴🏽♂️.
In total 114 runners took park in taking on the 2k course. There were 25 PB’s with the top 3 also getting PB’s. The fastest time this morning was a fantastic 08:18.
Anne is off to the USA for a few weeks, (have a great time Anne) Enjoy the rest of your weekend everyone.😃 Regards Wayne
