This Morning was the 2nd junior park run since restrictions where lifted. This morning we had about 100 kids turn up looking forward to running 2k around Woking Park. 🏃🏼‍♂️ Myself and James met up with a new member Victoria. Victoria is no stranger to Goodgym as she was was GG member in Newham. She recently moved to Woking with her husband and little boy and was chuffed to bits when she discovered there was a GG in Woking.

After a quick safety briefing and a warm up we where given our posts. The kids done really well, there was a lot of encouragement to motivate the kids. It was nice to see so many families out enjoying the morning sun ☀️

Once finished James and I headed off for a well deserved Mcdonalds breakfast… ☕️

Wednesday we are doing a litter pick along the canal….Have a great weekend
