Goodgym day, formerly known as Wednesday, or on this occasion Valentines Day Eve, never ceases to inspire. Tonight in the news it was my pleasure to mention a real unsung hero. Rachael has been coach running for a long time and deserves a big cheer, so use the link and say well done.

Hannah announced her Half marathon PB which she achieved at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park event. BOOM!

Earth Hour and the proud link Goodgym have to WWF got a strong mention but with the hashtag #runlove all over Instagram, Twitter and Facebook tonights theme was LOVE.

Sophie made her debut on photo and video duty tonight so keep an eye out for her handy work on all the social media platforms. So as you read the rest of the report look out for love songs titles!!

The Emotions were high as we returned for a second date at Level Best Art Cafe. I am crazy in love with this place and wonder how to make you feel my love? As we cleaned I thought ain't no door frame high enough, ain't no skirting board low enough and as usual I was thinking out loud and for some reason thought Colin (from Level Best) was called Tim. Colin gave us a list of jobs which answered the question how will I know? what to clean. Colin was so pleased and it may have been just like starting over. So I have love on the brain then.

As we worked Colin filmed the group for Level Best's own social media. @level.best on Instagram, @CafeLevel on Twitter and search Level Best Art Cafe on Facebook.

Oh yeah and we ran nearly 6km with a squat hold competition to end. Bob retaining his crown!

Roses are red, Violets are blue, Goodgym will run, And help people too.
