Last night was our last run from lifeleisure, next week we will be meeting at PRODUCE HALL on Stockport market, exciting times, it will be a bit more social for us, and get more exposure aswell, plus we can always stay on for a drink after the run, a beer/coffee or cocktail if you so fancy?!

Last night 5 runners met to run and pick up litter, the task was changed at the last minute due to someone else doing the task for us already! So we grabbed our litter grabbers, rubber gloves and bin bags and set off.

We started with some important stretches! and a little warm up, then i told everyone about my sore bum muscle again (sorry about that!!) but it hurts, and so i had to walk, but that was ok, i had a whistle and it just meant everyone else got to run more.....YAY!

The runners set off and everytime i blew my mighty whistle they had to run back to me, it was lovely, hahaha, especially when i blew the whistle mid hill, again im sorry about that???

Once we got to our location we handed out the tools and got to clearing up, we managed to collect a fair few bags of rubbish, and this time we didnt find anything exciting, just lots of fast food litter.

Once our bags were full we ran back, this time a different route to mix things up, i still had my whistle, i scared a few people with it, again, im sorry... On the route back we checked out the flyers we had left on the bridge a few weeks ago, and then we popped into the produce hall, just to show people the location and the car park.

Thanks everyone for running with so much enthusiam whilst listening out for the whistle, you were great! Have a great week running folks,
