Today's middle shift was covered by Katie L, Andy & John with both Katie L and Andy double shifting from the morning. Andy continued his duties in the waiting room and John joined Katie L at the front door.

By 1:30pm the second wave of RVS volunteers had started to arrive. John and Katie started to speculate which one might be Jen's Mum but it was quite difficult with everyone wearing face masks. Once tested, the new shift were lined up by the bike shed so John simply asked if there was a Sharron present? A very embarrassed lady slowly raised her arm and Jen's Mum was identified! Sharron joined the team at the front door and put in a great shift taking temperatures.

The shift started out in beautiful sunshine but the clouds soon gathered and the temperature drop enough for a few flurries of snow. John & Katie L quickly found shelter inside with Sharron.

It wasn't long before the evening shift started arriving and Sharron was introduced to Mel & Duncan. Emma & Julia joined Mel & Duncan for a quick photo opportunity before the middle shift signed out.
