This morning, I hopped on my bike to help Ms H by delivering her prescription to her.

Ms H is covid positive, so hasn't been able to collect this herself. GoodGym were asked if we could help, and I answered the call (it helped that the pharmacy was in a supermarket and I had an errand of my own to run!).

All worked out well, and the prescription was dropped off in no time at all. Mission accomplished.
