My task for Miss D was to clean her downstairs windows on the inside, luckily for me as it was touch zero outside!! With spray and cloths in hand and my trusted squeegee I set to work. I learned from Miss D that she had been a keen horse rider but lately issues with her shoulder and arthritis put pay to this, I felt she missed riding a great deal. But she has the company of two very friendly dogs to keep her going. I moved from the front room to the kitchen and soon enough the windows sparkled and Miss D was very appreciative, stating she could no longer reach to clean them and she felt so much better. We chatted a bit more and then it was time for me to leave, we wished each other a very Happy Christmas in front of her beautifully decorated tree.
