The sun was blazing down and it was a solo run in the end but that didn't stop my determination today. I met up with Anne and Sylvia of The Friends of Locke Park to help out with a spot of weeding and a general tidy up in the cool shade at Locke Park. Anne is always happy to see us and it's nice to have a good chat! I also took along my Beat the Street card and played during my run, as the whole game finishes tomorrow for another year.
