Junior Park Run

It was a wet & windy junior park run this morning 🌧️ but that did not stop Wayne & Anne to get up and volunteer as marshals.

It was a special junior park run this morning with run director Terry-Ann stepping down after nearly 8 years 😢. Terry-Ann got junior park run up & running in Woking all those years ago seeing many of the young runners from the early days still running. It was an emotional morning with a great turn out.

In total there were 108 runners tackling the 2k course with the fastest time being an impressive 07:59. 🏃🏻‍♂️ There were also 39 PB's great running by everyone. 😀

This Wednesday Anne has put on a training session meeting at the Park 🏃🏻‍♂️💨
