Wet but clean welcome

Arriving early for Tuesdays group run, Nathan, Aimee and Michael decided not to wait around in the rain but put time to good use.

Cardiff Goodgym's meeting point is a stones throw from the city's main coach station, so the group decided to complete a quick litter pick in the area surrounding the drop off and pick up point - ensuring visitiors to Cardiff had a good first impression of the city (if they could ignore the driving wind and rain).

Vapes, cans, soiled nappies and jogging bottoms headed into the bin bag.

The group then headed to meet other GG members for the evening main event at Cwtch.
