Welfare check for Ms L

Ms L did not answer the door when I knocked and waited for 10minutes. I was concerned as I could not check on her welfare personally and did not know if she was even home (all blinds pulled). I thought it best to knock on a neighbour’s home to see if they had seen/spoken to her recently and her lovely neighbour said Ms L had dropped a newspaper off to her this morning and did not say that she was in need of anything (she usually sees her daily AM and PM) This was reassuring.
