A request for some shopping was made to Kingston Council by an isolating elderly person. I answered the call out and got my weight training in with the lifting of the bags of potatoes, buckets of yoghurt, pints of milk and various other weighty groceries. All items delivered on the door step and off I ran for a little 4km sunshine jog homeward. Mission accomplished with a good excuse to get me out the house and away from some work to enjoy the sunshine and some exercise.
