Two of us tended to the planters that we had helped install at Hainault Station. They had been badly neglected during lock down as the Scout Troupe who had undertaken to water them have not been meeting and the station staffing had been disrupted.

Choosing to be each others one person you can meet outside we set about the task. Social distancing was easy as the planters are well spaced out anyway. The debris from the spent bulbs was soon cleared away, new compost and seeds added plus lots of watering.

In a very short time the area was left looking a lot neater.
