Weed it and reap

Patrick and Steph met at Roy's house in East Ham to finish weeding the garden where Sophie and Faye left off a couple of weeks ago. We were welcomed by Kevina, Roy's neighbour, who handed up gloves and shovel and a fork to get straight to work.

Sophie and Faye had made a great job of weeding the side beds of the garden and it was our job to tackle the end of the garden which was full of monstrous weeds (and a few biting bugs). Six bin bags later the job was complete. After carefully bringing all the garden waste bags through the house to leave out for the council to collect, we said our goodbyes to Roy and Kevina and headed off to enjoy the rest of the afternoon. Mission complete.
