We had 7 amazing goodgymres and myself sweat it out his evening
Well done to you all !!
Todays session consisted of:
5 minutre warm up
Set 1 x 2
- Stationary lunges
- Plank jacks to press up
- Stright leg donkey kicks
Set 2 x 2
- Mixed squat hops (Wide, Regular, tight)
- Commando plank
- Leg lifts
Set 3 x 2
- Walk outs to frogger
- Plank shoulder taps
- Russian twists
5 minute cooldown
All excerises are 40 seconds on with 20 seconds rest and a minute rest between sets.
