We shouldn't mown about the rain

Sophie and I met on what looked to be a promising day weather-wise. Unfortunately, the rain yesterday meant that the grass was too wet to mow today and sure enough, we got another rain shower this morning. That didn't deter us from the trimming and pruning that we'd cracked on with. We enjoyed chatting with Ms M then went on our way to enjoy the rest of the long weekend.
