We Rocked It: Restoring the Gravel Sign with Style!
9 GoodGymers made their way to help the Luton Borough Council Parks and Countryside in Luton.

Combining a walking group and a running group we headed up the hill to the Welcome to Luton gravel sign where we picked out the weeds and tidied up the lettering, before heading on to Stockwood Park for a very brief resistance band workout with a lot of protests! It wasn't that bad!
It was great to welcome Kamalto the group run too, he's done three tasks already since starting with us at the weekend so that's brilliant, keep it up Kamal!
