It was a lovely morning for sitting in the sun, but the VI runners were less than keen to be running Parkrun, and even less keen when asked if they were going for a PB. But one Goodgymer turned up despite the heat, and keenly sported one of the Parkrun's newly acquired VI runner tabards to run/walk the course with one of the lads. To be fair it was more walking up the hill for the first three laps despite attempts to cajole the runner into attempting to run gently, but for the final lap they both put on a spurt and ran right up that hill with a sprint to the finish funnel. No PBs but it was a good run none the less.
