On a misty morning in Gunnersbury Park, Andy, Jenni, Michelle and Tash joined forces for a post-parkrun litterpick.

Litter picking in Gunnersbury Park requires an elite team of eagle-eyed GoodGym'ers - it might look tidy on the surface, but after a lap of the park we had filled our four bags with cans, bottles, bits of plastic and even a discarded football!

We never worked out why most of the beer cans seemed to be left around the nature trail - maybe there are some thoughtful environmentalists hoping bugs will take up their offer of a new metallic home?
