2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Slough.

2 runners met outside Tobys Carvery, we had to call the neighbour after driving round. Mr F was indoors and we started on the front garden. Pebbled area with plenty weeds to take out. One hour later we managed to De-weed. Hopefully Mr F can enjoy his outdoor space more.
