We Captured the Castle

Unfortunately, the planned Derby training session wasn't able to go ahead, and with only two of us having signed up in advance, Rachel supported our suggestion to go ahead with a social run, but changing both the start location and the time. So, Gwyn and Tracey set off for a run/walk around Elvaston Castle. This is a lovely place for a run, and we trotted around a 5k circuit in some refreshing light drizzle.
