3 GoodGymers made their way to help the London Borough of Redbridge in Redbridge.

Linda and James arrived early, admiring Linda's newly acquired foldable bike, Julia came a little later with a plant and compost delivery.
Then the hard work began, unearth all viable plants and bulbs, dump all the earth in a compost bag.
Put new compost in with the newly acquired plants, and give it a good watering.
After all the hard work, we got together and had cake in the park
