Watts the matter? We had a lightbulb moment!

2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Hammersmith and Fulham.

We arrived to meet the lovely Mrs T, on the coldest evening of the year so far, wrapped up and ready to lend a hand!

First, Mrs T showed us the help she needed - a little nook of the house with no light ! Mrs T was unable to get around her house safely and due to ill health could not reach to change the light fixture herself. Jonathan quickly 'stepped-up' to the plate and got to work changing the bulb to bring light into Mrs T's life!

Once we'd successfully finished the task at hand we got introduced to a very special housemate of Mrs T's - Midge the cat! Midge made the most of the attention, with a few laps of feet, purrs and poses for the camera.

We spent a short while chatting to Mrs T about all her interests, her artwork and love of gardening!

After a greatful thanks and some lovely chit chat we wrapped back up and hit the road - straight to the Hammersmith and Fulham group run!
