On this beautiful sunny day, Ms S had been in the dark in the bathroom for a while so I was able to help her by removing the old lightbulb so she could buy a new one-she bought a new one but it needed to be exchanged at the store as it was the wrong size. I also tried to help with refitting a wonky kitchen light shade but to no avail, it was broken and she’s going to ask the council to replace as otherwise it’s at risk of falling.
