Watering in a Wilton Wonderland

Happy times back at Wilton Estate, gardening on a glorious summer's eve and catching up with old Good Gym friends. The wonderful Debbie at Wilton had our POA as always, and we split into teams - John and Adrian breaking up pallets to re-purpose the wood, Even and Jo on compost duties, and Christophe, Frankie and Amanda tackling the weeds in the flower beds outside the basketball court. I got busy watering the plethora of tomatoes and other plants growing in abundance, until Debbie's son Leo had to step in with his pal to fix the hose. I could then do the rounds and see how everyone was getting on - I was astounded how the gang had Ninja'd the tasks at hand! All the pallets broken down and some mega garden tidying by John and Adrian, the old decaying wooden compost bin completely emptied into the new one and the old wooden structure dismantled and cleared away by Jo and Even, and Team Weeding had restored the beds by the court to pure floral and fruity goodness. We tidied away the tools in the late evening sun, with the standard group photo by the shed, bathed in golden light! Great work, people : )
