Water way to spend an evening

A sunny hot evening called for a lot of watering at the allotment tonight. Karen gave the fruit and vegetables some much needed love with a long cold drink while Nigel dug up the potatoes and garlic for use in the Wishing Well kitchen. It was great to see Gill from the Wishing Well and discuss ideas for more jobs in the garden and to hear that they’d been in the allotment picking strawberries for gluten-free desserts, as well as onions for the salads.
