Eight GG Yorkies and Digby Dog met to help St Nick's with a beck clean up

Newbie George jumped at the chance to don a pair of waders. Along with Egg and Carl, he got into the beck to hunt down balsam and litter. The rest of us stayed on dry land to clean up the banks. While we found lots of standard sweet wrappers and drinks cans, the beck waders were throwing out all kinds of treasure, including a child's bike (complete with D lock), a baby gate, a skateboard and a wheel.

That was a wheely good throw

Mitch complemented Carl as he freed the wheel from the beck.

An hour later, we stood back to admire our haul and, of course, take the mandatory group photo.
