Today we helped at a Move the Masses filming session. Literally getting fit whilst doing good as we had to demonstrate exercises whilst being filmed, several times over!

This will improve the access to a dedicated green space for autistic children and young adults . Many struggle to leave the home due to high anxiety. This wild place can give them to space to relax and garden with their families.
