Volunteers are superhumans - said Mr F

The mission started pretty well - everything was pretty close, the weather was great and the tasks was straightforward! Then, of course, the rain started, the pharmacy could not find the medicine (pheww they did eventually!) and the shop has run out of the things that were on my list of groceries ! But...good gymmers are superhumans (not my words)... and can when needed make the right decision....peas over beans...yup, that will do and the onions are for sure also the right kind :) People can be very particular about onions!

Having been told that substituted veg are more than fine and listened to the life story of Mr F, I said goodbye and head back into the summer rain.

Mr F who used to volunteer himself for many years and caring for others his whole life said that giving up time to help others is something special! I could not agree more. After all, the good gym shows there is more good than bad in the world.
