Today I helped people before they went inside for their appointments. I gave them a new surgical mask to wear and gave each person sanitiser, while helping to control the flow of people going into the centre so social distancing could be maintained. I also took down their details for track and trace purposes.

Later I changed roles and helped people after they had their injection by giving them information and letting them know what to do before they leave - as well as giving them their sticker to show they had their vaccination today!
