Today two GoodGymmers in York did a quick lunch time mission to help Mrs L come home from hospital.

Mrs L is in hospital and following guidance from the team supporting her, is going to live downstairs on her return as she won't be able to manage the stairs.

Mrs L has some friends who have helped a lot already, but haven't been able to move her bed (and those items of furniture that need moving to make space for it). As such, Aidan and I popped over to help with these bits. It didn't take long, but it was good chatting to Mrs L's friends (who were very curious about this GoodGym lark) and knowing we'd helped Mrs L get one step closer to coming home.
