Upbeat start to 2023

1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Windsor and Maidenhead.

I have visited Mrs J a few times and I think that this is the most upbeat that I have seen her. She had had a visit over Christmas from her son who lives in the Midlands, and she had had a lovely time. Some of her medical appointments are also now beginning to come through, so she is pleased that things are moving forward and that she may be able to improve her mobility. Her other son popped by while I was there - he seemed interested in the up-coming Ockwells Park tree planting sessions - never miss a potential GoodGym recruitment opportunity! We chatted about all sorts of things, with Sunny the budgie joining in occassionally. Hopefully her year will continue to look up - she has really enjoyed her GoodGym visits and meeting several different people

So pleased to hear she seemed a bit more chipper. Well done Sheila! X
