This evening I used my run to help Ms P, by collecting and delivering a blood pressure monitoring kit for her.
It was a straightforward task, and Ms P and I each got what we needed - she got her blood pressure gizmo that will help monitor her blood pressure, and I got a good reason to get out for a rainy run. Mission accomplished!
